Permission Post!
So this is a permission post for everyone at Save the Earth! In Kaede's canon (Tiger and Bunny), she has the ability to copy other people's abilities! Since it's not really canon to say if she can or cannot copy other people's powers outside of her canon, we don't know. As a just in case though, in order to avoid copying people's abilities left and right, I would need permission from you guys!
Pretty much, if your character's powers are based on science/genes (think X-men) then she can copy said powers once she gets her echoes back. If said powers are magic or that's just how it is in their own universe (think Tales of series), then she can't. If you're not too sure, I'll randomize it and see where it goes with all the other characters from said canon!

Can your character's powers be scientifically explained?: Yes! Yoko had a vaccine program installed within her biology as a child, imparting her superpowers (jumping abilities & power to be transferred from DNA to data and back with no issues, among others). They come with a drawback - she needs a constant calorie intake - but whether that comes with it to the degree she experiences it is up to you.
If so, is your character's powers based on genes?: God only knows how this bullshit works. I'm going to guess it's written into her genetic code in some fashion, however.
