1st Echo - March 1st - After the attack from the wise snakes, she remembered being rescued twice. Once in an ice rink and another in a temple. Too bad she doesn't know who saved her just yet. (Tier 2)
2nd Echo - April 27th - Thread with Lloyd about glowing - Her past life can glow after all! No context needed.
3rd Echo - April 30th - This post. It made her remember when she saw magazines of a person with that costume on.
4th Echo - May 15th - Aquaman's singing about heroism. Made her remember a hero's speech on HeroTV. Don't know who though.

So this is a permission post for everyone at Save the Earth! In Kaede's canon (Tiger and Bunny), she has the ability to copy other people's abilities! Since it's not really canon to say if she can or cannot copy other people's powers outside of her canon, we don't know. As a just in case though, in order to avoid copying people's abilities left and right, I would need permission from you guys!

Pretty much, if your character's powers are based on science/genes (think X-men) then she can copy said powers once she gets her echoes back. If said powers are magic or that's just how it is in their own universe (think Tales of series), then she can't. If you're not too sure, I'll randomize it and see where it goes with all the other characters from said canon!
